Abstract
This workshop, to be conducted in English, will begin with a brief presentation of women and their challenges in the Brazilian work market. In sequence, the main tools currently available by the Brazilian labor and employment laws to promote and protect female workers will be analyzed. In conclusion some future legal trends on the matter will be discussed, to help us all reflect about an important question: how to properly care about not only women, but caregivers in general?
