Visit abroad

The Unimore Doctoral Course Regulations provide that all doctoral students enrolled on doctoral courses have the possibility of increasing the amount of the grant for any period of residence abroad by a maximum of 50 per cent and for a total period not exceeding 18 months, if the doctoral student is authorised to carry out research activities abroad by the Board of teachers or, in the case of stays of up to 6 months, by the Course Coordinator.

Agreement with International Universities: Co- tutorship programme

SpainPablo de Olavide University, Seville

Type of collaboration
In 2020 the LSI PhD Course entered into a co-tutorship agreement with the Universidad Paolo Olavide in Spain.
The aim of the agreement is to effectively coordinate high-level international research activity through research supervised by two lecturers who are experts in the subject of interest, both at Unimore and at UPO.
PhD students enrolled in the 1st year of the course and, if necessary, PhD students enrolled in the 2nd year of the course may apply with the authorisation of the teaching staff.
At the end of the course, a degree recognised by both countries will be awarded.


The LSI Course also holds several collaborative framework agreements with the following universities:
