Evaluating the Impact of Flexible Work Arrangements on Performance Management Systems and Reward Policies in Contemporary Organizations: A Mixed-Methods Approach
This research aims to explore the interplay between flexible work organization methods—such as remote work, organizational delayering—and performance management systems and practices, alongside reward policies encompassing both monetary and non-monetary incentives.
The research seeks to develop comprehensive guidelines for the design, adoption, and evolution of performance management and reward systems amid organizational changes, remote working dynamics, emerging skill requirements, and workforce diversification.
The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, involving quantitative analysis of secondary and primary data from Job Value S.r.l., as well as detailed case studies of selected organizations and stakeholders. Secondary data sources would also include ISTAT and EUROSTAT.
